In short: every procedure we perform applies the same biology, controlled osteotomy and distraction osteogenesis, to a different goal: adding height, equalizing leg lengths, or straightening the leg's mechanical axis. All are performed by Op. Dr. Serdar Karaman at a licensed private hospital in Istanbul, with all-inclusive international packages.
Cosmetic stature lengthening
Bilateral femur or tibia lengthening for healthy adults, 6-8 cm per segment. Our flagship procedure, covered in the complete guide.
LON method

Two smaller procedures complete the service list: planned removal of LON external fixators once distraction ends, and elective removal of internal nails 18-24 months after surgery, once bone has fully remodeled, a one-night, low-risk procedure. We also remove hardware for patients originally operated elsewhere, after reviewing their imaging. Details are covered in the surgery guide.
