What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, preferred language, and the message you write, which may include health information such as your height, goals, or medical history. Providing this information is voluntary and happens only when you submit the form. Our forms are operated by HubSpot, which stores your enquiry in our customer relationship system.

When you browse the site, we use privacy-friendly analytics from Ahrefs and Plausible. These count visits without cookies and without building a profile of you. We also use the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool from Meta Platforms, which sets cookies (such as _fbp) and reports site events like page views to Meta so that we can measure our advertising and reach people who may be interested in our services.

Why we use it

We use your enquiry details for one purpose: to review your case and reply with an honest assessment, a safe gain target where relevant, a recommended method, and a fixed all-inclusive quote. We use analytics to understand which pages help visitors, and advertising data to measure and improve our campaigns. We rely on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in operating and promoting the service for analytics and advertising, to the extent permitted by law.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing. Your enquiry is shared with the independent surgical team in Istanbul so they can review your case and prepare your assessment. Our service providers process data on our behalf: HubSpot (forms and CRM), Meta Platforms (advertising measurement), Ahrefs and Plausible (analytics), and our hosting provider. Each provider is bound by its own data processing terms.

International transfers

Because our coordination team and the surgical team are located in Turkiye, and some of our service providers operate in the United States, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where required, these transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your case and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you. Advertising cookies expire on the schedule set by Meta, typically within 90 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@livetallernow.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies and how to opt out

The only cookies we use come from the Meta Pixel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser's tracking protection, or opt out of Meta's use of your data through your Facebook ad preferences. Our analytics tools, Ahrefs and Plausible, do not use cookies at all.
